I want to see the following in the public domain:

The Central Government, Nomarxies, Cities, research organizations, Universities Detail budgets (Based on the international accounting standards).

Anything that the Universities and corporations produce with public funds.

I am cautious about the information a private company makes public due to potential or existing paterns. I am cautious because who is going to define what is the «public good»? The public good may require that a medicine cannot come to market for 5-7 years due to the required tests. Who is going to decide that the medication must be produced and taken by the public before the appropriate tests?
