Dear Sirs,

Change the rules, as is in other countries, to assign an AFM to a new born.
This will create the notion of “Family”. This will have the following benefits:

• Tax evasion: Today a child does not have an AFM code. As a result, a parent can transfer a property to a child to avoid taxation. The property miraculously disappears from the Greek IRS. No one cares how the infant/child can maintain the property.
• Medical: The child may be followed and treated , if need be, based on its parents medical history.
Retirement: The child may be beneficiary in the event of the death of either parent or both.

Αν και το θέμα είναι γενικότερο (πρέπει ο καθένας όπως έχει ταυτότητα να έχει και ένα μοναδικό αναγνωριστικό, που μέσω αυτού να ταυτοποιείται για να γίνονται οι συναλλαγές), βρίσκω την πρόταση πολύ θετική.

ok.. this is scary. AFM is only for IRS. A person is not its money. Only a health care number is needed and later it can be connected to an AFM, once there are financial transactions with the persons own money. A parent cannot transfer the management of the property to a child. Only ownership. So the point about tax evation through property transfer is null.

οκ.. αυτό είναι τρομακτικό. Το ΑΦΜ είναι μόνο για την εφορία. Ένα άτομο δεν είναι μόνο τα χρήματά του. Μόνο ένας αριθμός ΑΜΚΑ χρειάζεται και αργότερα, όταν υπάρχουν συναλλαγές ας συνδέεται με το ΑΦΜ. Ένας γονέας επίσης δεν μπορεί να μεταφέρει την επικαρπία σε ένα παιδί. Μόνο την κυριότητα. Οπότε το ακίνητο δεν χάνεται και το θέμα με την αποφυγή φόρων μέσω ιδιοκτησίας είναι άτοπο.
